Turn on, tune in, synth down
Architecture in Helsinki - one heavy february
Kraftwerk - we are the robots
Zongamin - tunnel music
Cut Copy - Saturdays
Black Devil - h friend
Todd Terje - eurodans
The Knife - heartbeats

Mis hijas, 2 y 6, estan encantadas con esta cancion de Kraftwerk. La pequena me dice - "Daddy, play we are robots" y la otra baila con su Barbie como un robot. Que bueno, eh?

I'm speechless. It's Todd for Pilates right! ha! ha! Check out www.bumrocks.com for two new Edits that he's posted. One is an awesome version of Shakedown Street by Grateful Dead. Really good for when the Hot Waters has got ya down!

Oh, I keep forgetting, check out Instant Funk - Got My Mind Made Up (Larry Levan Mix) that I posted the other day. Kinky, moi? Oh, those edits on bumrocks aren't by Todd by the way, but he did do the one of Belladonna. If ya need it holla!

Ha! ha! now that I've calmed down a bit I thought I'd better clarify some things from that first comment I made, which should have carried the headline "Hipster Brought To His Knees!" Bumrocks is run by a guy called Andre, who is Australian but lives in New York. He's like that guy Charlie from Charlie's Angel's, sort of a shadowy figure that never says anything on his site, but has immense amount of influence. When I said "he" posted on Bumrocks, I meant Andre. Todd Terje (Terje Olsen) has guested on his site before and he posted an exclusive Edit of the original version of Don't Cha by Tori Alamaze. It used to be the only MP3 site I still bothered to download from before I discoverd yours. In my excitement I also failed to mention just how awesome the rest of the tracks that you chose are. That Black Devil track was a truly inspired choice and I had never heard of it before. It almost made me late for work today. Zonagamin was also brilliant and also a first for me. The other tracks are all excellent choices, but posting Eurodans just floored me. I ain't gonna lie, that post...you had me at hello. *chuckle*

One more thing :D Check out Nice Mover by Gina X (recently on aythtok). From '79 (Black Devil is apt), it's the kinda track I think you'd like! Greg's (Dexterity) new post also has really good stuff today.

Thanks! We aim to please! BTW: If you want to see how that secret party thing turned out there's some picture's here. http://www.jhblive.co.za/live/gallery_view.jsp?event_id=42618&cstList_s=20 . Idiot's acting like idiot's! Dexterity and myself managed to be in absolutely none of the pictures, and he was one of the DJ's! Ha! ha! God, how we hated that party! Freakin' packed out though!
