Could you give me more info on the bjorkestra, it sounds very attractive, jazzy bjork covers.
Nina Nastasia's dogs is one of the best albums I own

The project from a newyorker called Travis Sullivan, if you'd like to know tour dates and information from every band member go to their site: http://www.bjorkestra.com/live/}
glad you're enjoying it.

Hearing the first 5 seconds of Devotchka , I thought I had recognized Yann Tiersen, french musician (who did Amelie's OST ), but i was incredibly wrong.
Then I read the complete Title of the song, "The fabulous destiny of...", and I realise she knows his work.
Maybe they should meet.
It's raining in Paris...

Actually Devotchka is a band of something like travelling gypsies, and yes, sorry for not clearing that out, the posted song by them is based on the beautiful Amelie movie.
You will find more info on them as well as some mp3 on their page:
http://www.devotchka.net
I think I'll start directing to the artists pages from now on...
