    yeah...I know this is not the usual MdM material. It's too abstract.

    Think of it as change of pace. :D Otherwise Marconi Union, Rollmottle and Jolie Holland are nice. You can download them as random songs. (JH is a repost tho)

    Squashed, have you ever been to Beaver Island? It's a pretty amazing place (about 25 miles off the coast of Michigan in Lake Michigan).

    There was a charasmastic Mormon leader there in the 1800s who named himself King (King Strang) then later was elected to the Michigan Senate and wore a crown around. He was later assasignated by Indians (not surprising).

    I wish I thought that one. I could have claimed some clever background theme for the list. Never fear, for next deep thinking list: What is the relationship between dark matter, power and love. All in 5 easy tracks. har har..
